Furthermore, if Paypal has cancelled your profile recently or in the past because of insufficient or no funds in your account, you could always try signing back up and ensuring you always have $7.95 in your Paypal account each month.
That being said, I must now charge a sign up fee to cover the actions of those women who are dishonest, and who have chosen to abuse the system.
**The price will not be going up for current subscribers who signed up before the changes.
An email from a loyal reader and subscriber today:
Why suspend? I was enjoying your articles.
Hello, (name withheld.) Paypal's computer system suspends profiles automatically when there's no funds in a person's account. It tries to process the transaction three times, and if it fails after three attempts, it then automatically cancels the profile and notifies me.
I don't personally suspend anything, although Paypal makes it seem that way by sending you a notification saying, 'Melina Dean has cancelled your profile.'
Another message today:
Thank you so much!
I had to charge a fee because I was getting many women signing up and canceling just a few days after, or within the first month, in order to get the materials for 5.95. Thank you for your interest. :-)
Thank you for responding. I'm sorry to hear that and it must be frustrating considering all the hard work and effort I know you place within each of your articles.
However, perhaps you should make that a cancellation fee as opposed to a subscription fee. You can even raise it to the the sum total of the remaining six months that you require considering the person broke the contract with you early and did not honor their word. Just a thought.
Either way, thank you again and I'll be subscribing soon. I really do enjoy reading your articles and fine tuning my self as a lady. God bless.
Hello again. Thank you for your kind words and suggestions. The thing is there's no way to enforce that. I really wish I could charge a cancellation fee but that's impossible to enforce and I wish I didn't have to charge the new fee. Yet again today I had a woman end her subscription after three days. It's just so upsetting. God bless you.
